Do I have to sign up for a PayPal account to order?
No. PayPal is a secure and easy way to pay for your Internet orders. If you do not wish to sign up for PayPal, select “Continue” on the payment screen and you can enter a credit card without signing up for PayPal.
How is my credit card information kept secure?
Distinctive Dog has chosen to utilize PayPal services to ensure the highest levels of security. Your confidential information is encrypted in transit to PayPal using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). The PayPal server first checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. The servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. Distinctive Dog does not have access and does not store any credit card or bank account information.
How do I change the shipping address for my order?
On the Confirmation Page scroll down to the Shipping Address and click “change.” You can then enter a new shipping address.
What products would you recommend for a dog with wheat allergies?
Distinctive Dog offers a variety of all meat treats and non-allergenic dog bakery items. All products we offer are made wheat and corn free. Dog’s love freeze dried treats and jerky treats and dog bakery treats provide something special for every dog. Click “more information” on any product page for a product ingredient list.
Are dog bakery items made fresh?
All dog bakery items are baked fresh and shipped immediately after cooling.
How can I store dog bakery items and how long will they last?
Distinctive Dog bakery items remain fresh for at least two weeks after shipping. We recommend keeping the packaging sealed and leave the freshness pouch in the bag. You can also extend the life by refrigerating or freezing the treats. If freezing, let them air dry outside of the bag so the moisture can escape properly. |
