We appreciate your business and stand by our dog treats 100%. We hope there is never any reason to return your order. However, if you are ever unsatisfied with an order you placed on this site you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping charges). If you ordered your dog treats through a different site or from a retailer, you need to coordinate your return directly with them.
To qualify for a return, you must have ordered your treats from this website and request a return authorization within 15 days of receipt of your order. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact Form to provide details of your request.
Return shipments must be prepaid. COD returns are not accepted. For your protection, please send your return via carriers who offer package tracking such as UPS ground or Priority Mail. Distinctive Dog is not responsible for lost shipments. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
If your return is the result of an incorrect shipment by Distinctive Dog or defective product, we will refund the purchase amount plus shipping charges or resend the order at no additional charge. After receipt of your request we will email a return postage label to place on the package for return.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed once received by Distinctive Dog. It can take up to 10 business days for your account balance to reflect the refund.
